Apex Motors is a Hong Kong and British-based car company founded by Hong Kong/Australian brothers Jason and Gary Leung [1] in 2018 and evolved from the Elemental RP-1. [2]

The company launched in 2019 with a limited production AP-1 open road and track sports car in Hong Kong, powered by a Ford 2.3-litre 400 bhp engine. [3]

In March 2020 it unveiled the Apex AP-0 electric sports car concept, to be built in England from 2022. [4] [5] Production plans fell through, and after a three-year delay, production plans moved in Miami, Florida in 2023. [6]

In March 2023 the company renamed the AP-0 as the Attucks Apex AP0 and announced the involvement of Wyclef Jean. [7] The proposed price had doubled from the 2020 version.

The Jaguar C-X75 is a hybrid-electric, 2-seat, concept car produced by British automobile manufacturer Jaguar Cars in partnership with the derivative of the Formula One team, Williams Advanced Engineering, which debuted at the 2010 Paris Motor Show. The powertrain of the C-X75 concept is rated at 778 hp through four YASA electric motors, each of which drives one of the four wheels. The batteries driving these motors are recharged using two diesel-fed micro gas turbines instead of a conventional four-stroke engine. Rimac Automobili is a Croatian automotive manufacturer headquartered in Sveta Nedelja, Croatia, that develops and produces electric sports cars – its sister company, Rimac Technology, which is a part of the Rimac Group, also produces drivetrains and battery systems for automotive businesses. The company was founded in 2009 by Mate Rimac and now sits under the Bugatti Rimac joint company, which includes both Bugatti Automobiles and Rimac Automobili. Rimac Automobili's first model, the Concept One, was the world's fastest production electric vehicle. During the 88th Geneva International Motor Show in March 2018, the company unveiled its second model, the Rimac Nevera.

The Aspark Owl is an all-electric battery-powered sports car manufactured by Japanese engineering firm Aspark (アスパーク), under development since 2018, with the goal of making the fastest accelerating electric car. It will be built by Manifattura Automobili Torino (MAT) in Italy. Aspark plans a production run of 50 vehicles, each with a list price of €2.5 million. The Owl was publicly unveiled in concept form at the 2017 Frankfurt Auto Show, and the production version was unveiled in November 2019 at the Dubai International Motor Show.

The Rimac Nevera is an all-electric sports car designed and manufactured by the Croatian automotive manufacturer Rimac Automobili. The first production prototype car was released in August 2021. Nevera production has been limited to 150 vehicles. Having completed crash testing for homologation, Rimac planned to deliver the Nevera to customers in mid-2022. The first production spec Nevera was delivered in August 2022. Deliveries to the United States started in June 2023. The Nevera is manufactured in the same factory and at the same rate as the Pininfarina Battista, which is based on the same platform.
