The company was founded in September 2018 [2] by Rajeev Amara, [1] a former managing director at Golden Gate Capital. [3] Since its founding, the firm's acquisitions and areas of interest have been medical and biopharmaceutical technology, energy transition, defense, aerospace, critical infrastructure services, and specialty materials. [4] In 2022, Arcline completed its acquisition of Omega Engineering from Spectris PLC. [5]
