Hiromi "Kumi" Isozaki is a Japanese former track and field athlete who competed in sprinting events from 100 metres to 400 metres. Shantimol Philips is an Indian athlete. She won a Silver medal in 4 × 400 m relay in the 1990 Asian Games.
