[4] [9] The company’s current president and a chief operating officer is Manish Agarwal. [10] Attain offers different strategy and management services. [11] It serves defence, civilian, national security, federal health, state and local governments, academic medical centres, nonprofit organisations, colleges, universities, and research institutions.
