Bengkunat is a village and kecamatan (sub-district) of the West Pesisir Regency (Pesisir Barat) in Lampung province in far south-western Sumatra. It is connected by road directly to the provincial capital of Bandar Lampung in the east. It lies near the coast and what is known as Bengkunat Bay, located about 7 miles southeast of Ujung Siging. [1] A massif is formed in this area, the Bengkunat massif, noted for its granite. [2] [3]

The Mariana Trench or Marianas Trench is located in the western Pacific Ocean about 200 kilometres (124 mi) east of the Mariana Islands; it is the deepest trench on Earth. Lampung or Lampungic is an Austronesian language or dialect cluster with around 1.5 million native speakers, who primarily belong to the Lampung ethnic group of southern Sumatra, Indonesia. It is divided into two or three varieties: Lampung Api, Lampung Nyo, and Komering. The latter is sometimes included in Lampung Api, sometimes treated as an entirely separate language. Komering people see themselves as ethnically separate from, but related to, Lampung people.

The Lampung people, also commonly referred to as Ulun Lampung, are an ethnic group indigenous to Lampung province and parts of South Sumatra province of the southern and central region that occupy areas such as Martapura, Muaradua at upstream of Komering River, Kayu Agung, Tanjung Raja at downstream of Komering River, Merpas on the southern side of Bengkulu province, as well as Cikoneng in the southwest coast of Banten province, Indonesia. They speak the Lampung language, a Lampungic language estimated to have 1.5 million speakers.

Tulang Bawang River is a river which mostly flows in Lampung, Indonesia. The river lends its name to the Tulang Bawang Regency, where it reaches the Java Sea and the West Tulang Bawang Regency. It also flows across the capital of the regency at Menggala.

Tufted Puffin Rock is a flat, rocky islet of the Commander Islands in the North Pacific Ocean, east of the Kamchatka Peninsula in Eastern Russia. These islands belong to the Kamchatka Krai of the Russian Federation. The islet gets its name from the Tufted puffins that use the islet as a breeding ground.

Kamen Ariy, or Ary Rock is a small islet of the Commander Islands in the North Pacific Ocean, east of the Kamchatka Peninsula in Eastern Russia. These islands belong to the Kamchatka Krai of the Russian Federation. Kamen Ariy is about 8 km (5 mi) west of Tufted Puffin Rock and consists of two rocks. The northern rock is pointed and reaches a height of 45 m (150 ft). The southern rock is much flatter and only reaches a height of 2.1 m.
