Bo Hardegree (born July 5, 1984) is an American football coach who is the quarterbacks coach for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League (NFL). He had previously served as an assistant coach for the Las Vegas Raiders, New England Patriots, Miami Dolphins, Denver Broncos, Chicago Bears, and New York Jets. [1] [2]

Coaching career

Early career

Hardegree began coaching in 2008 as a graduate assistant at Duke University. [4] He interned at the Louisiana State coaching staff from 2011 to 2013. [5]

Denver Broncos

In 2014, Hardegree was hired by the Denver Broncos as an offensive quality control coach under head coach John Fox. [6]

Chicago Bears

In 2015, Hardegree followed Fox to join the Chicago Bears as an offensive assistant, following head coach John Fox. [7]

Miami Dolphins

In 2016, Hardegree was hired by the Miami Dolphins as the quarterbacks coach under head coach Adam Gase. [8]

New York Jets

In 2019, Hardegree followed Gase to join the New York Jets as an offensive assistant. [9]

New England Patriots

In 2021, Hardegree was hired by the New England Patriots as an offensive assistant under head coach Bill Belichick. [10]

Las Vegas Raiders

In 2022, Hardegree was hired by the Las Vegas Raiders as the quarterbacks coach under head coach Josh McDaniels. [11]

On October 31, 2023, Hardegree was promoted to interim offensive coordinator following the firing of head McDaniels, general manager Dave Ziegler, and offensive coordinator Mick Lombardi. [12]

On January 19, 2024, new Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce announced he would not retain Hardgree for the upcoming season. [13]

Tennessee Titans

On February 14, 2024, Hardegree was hired by the Tennessee Titans as the quarterbacks coach under new head coach Brian Callahan. [14] This move marked a return to his home state of Tennessee, where he also played college football for the Tennessee Volunteers.

Personal life

A native of Jackson, Tennessee, Hardegree has one child with his wife Lauren.[ citation needed ]

Eric Studesville is an American football coach who is the associate head coach and running backs coach for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL). Studesville is known as the former run game coordinator for the Buffalo Bills and interim head coach of the Denver Broncos, a position he held for four weeks in December 2010. He replaced Josh McDaniels after 12 games in the 2010 NFL season, after which he resumed his primary role as running backs coach under head coaches John Fox, Gary Kubiak, and Vance Joseph from 2011–2017. He was the first African American head coach in Broncos history, albeit on an interim basis. Studesville has been to the Super Bowl twice, both as a member of the Broncos personnel, losing in 2014 and winning in 2016.

James Robert Cooter is an American football coach who is the offensive coordinator of the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as the offensive coordinator for the Detroit Lions from 2015 until 2018, and also worked as running backs coach for the New York Jets. He played college football for the University of Tennessee, and started out coaching for his alma mater before becoming an NFL coach.
