Bridgewater Place is the first phase of a two-building construction in Downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. It is currently the fourth tallest building in the city. The second phase was River House Condominiums, which is the tallest building in Grand Rapids. Bridgewater Place is a class A office building with its own parking garage. The building has 2 lobby floors with some minor offices, 15 office floors, and a small mechanical floor at the top totaling 18 floors. [1] The two buildings share a 7-story above-ground parking garage.

It was previously known as the Southeast Financial Center (1984–1992), the First Union Financial Center (1992–2003), and the Wachovia Financial Center (2003-2011). In 2011, it retook its old name of Southeast Financial Center as Wachovia merged with Wells Fargo and moved to the nearby Wells Fargo Center.

The Compass Bank Building is a high-rise office building located at 505 Marquette Avenue NW in Downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was the tallest building in New Mexico upon its completion and remained the holder of that title until the completion of the Albuquerque Plaza towers in 1990, making it currently the third tallest. It is 238 feet (73 m) tall and has 18 stories, the lowest six of which are occupied by a parking garage. With the rooftop antennas included it reaches a height of 272 feet (83 m).

Bridgewater Place

Bridgewater Place, nicknamed The Dalek, is an office and residential skyscraper in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. It is the tallest building in Yorkshire, and has held this record since being topped out in September 2005. It is visible at up to 25 miles from most areas. Although the tallest building in Yorkshire, it is not the tallest structure. Emley Moor transmission tower, 13 miles south of Bridgewater Place, is taller and is the tallest structure in the United Kingdom.

The government center has included several iterations of the Franklin County Courthouse, including a building completed in 1840 and another completed in 1887. James Monroe Building

The James Monroe Building is an office building located in Downtown Richmond, Virginia. It is the tallest building in Richmond at 137 meters (449 ft) and 29 floors. River House Condominiums

River House Condominiums is a residential skyscraper built on the west bank of the Grand River in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan located next to Bridgewater Place. The term "Bridgewater Place" is often incorrectly used by locals and tourists alike to refer to either the complex itself or simply this building. It is the tallest building in Grand Rapids, the tallest all-residential building in Michigan, and the tallest building in the state outside of Detroit.

Plaza Towers

Plaza Towers is a mixed-use highrise building in Grand Rapids, Michigan. At 345 feet (105 m), it was the tallest building in the city until the completion of the River House Condominiums in 2008. The building contains apartments on floors 8–14, individually owned condominiums on floors 15–32, and a 214-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel on floors 1–7.

McKay Tower

McKay Tower is a building in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, located on Monroe Center. The building is mixed-use for apartments, office space, retail and is a venue for events. It is currently the fifth tallest building in Grand Rapids.
