[4] After serving as an adviser for the 1996 Dole-Kemp presidential campaign, he was an assistant to Vice President Dick Cheney for Domestic Policy from 2001 to 2003. [4] Following that role, he served as a Senior Economic Policy Adviser on the 2008 Mitt Romney presidential campaign as well as a Policy Adviser to Marco Rubio during his 2010 Senate Campaign. [4]
