Charisma Precious Amoe-Tarrant (born 26 May 1999) is a Nauruan-born Australian weightlifter. [3] [1] She competed in the women's +90 kg event at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, winning the silver medal for Nauru. [4] [5] Amoe-Tarrant was selected for the Australian team at the Pacific Games held in Samoa in 2019, [6] winning a bronze medal for the +87 kg snatch. [7] [3] She qualified to represent Australia at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. [8] She finished in 6th place in the women's +87 kg event [9] with a total lift of 243kg. Her uncle died of cancer. Her mother died of kidney problems in 2009.She lived in Nauru until the age of 12, and lived in Australia with her grandfather. [11]
Loa Dika Toua is a Papua New Guinean Olympian weightlifter. She competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics, in Women's −49 kg.
Nauru has competed in seven editions of the Commonwealth Games to date, beginning in 1990. Tatiana Yuryevna Kashirina is a Russian Olympic weightlifter, Olympic silver medalist, five time World Champion and eight time European Champion competing in the +90 kg and +75 kg categories until 2018 and +87 kg starting in 2018 after the International Weightlifting Federation reorganized the categories. On 9 September 2023, the Court of Arbitration for Sport annulled over four years of her results due to drugs offenses, stating, "All the competitive results obtained by Tatiana Kashirina from 1 April 2013 until 19 June 2017 were disqualified, with all the resulting consequences, including the forfeiture of any titles, awards, medals, points and prize and appearance money."

Saikhom Mirabai Chanu is an Indian weightlifter. Mirabai Chanu lifted a total of 201 kg, winning the gold medal at the CWG 2022. She won the silver medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in the Women's 49 kg category. Mirabai Chanu has won the World Championships and multiple medals at the Commonwealth Games. She was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India for her contributions to the sport. She was awarded the sporting honour Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna by the Government of India in 2018.

In 2022 she retained her European title, won the Gold medal at her home Commonwealth Games in a new Commonwealth Games record, and upgraded her 2021 World Championships bronze medal to a silver in Bogota. In 2023, Campbell confirmed a hat-trick of three successive European titles, before winning her fourth title in 2024.
Kanah Shenelle Andrews-Nahu is a New Zealand weightlifter. She won the bronze medal in the girls' +63 kg event at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics held in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
