The Chenderoh Lake (Malay : Tasik Chenderoh) is a natural lake in Kuala Kangsar District, Perak, Malaysia. [1]
The Kuala Kangsar is the royal town of Perak, Malaysia. It is located at the downstream of Kangsar River where it joins the Perak River, approximately 25 km (16 mi) northwest of Ipoh, Perak's capital, and 98 km (61 mi) southeast of George Town, Penang. It is the main town in the administrative district of Kuala Kangsar, about 235 km from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The town is administered by the Kuala Kangsar Municipal Council, formerly known as Kuala Kangsar District Council from 1 January 1980 until 17 February 2004.
Lake View Cemetery is a private cemetery located in Seattle, Washington, in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, just north of Volunteer Park. Suldalsvatnet is the sixth-deepest lake in Norway. The 376-metre (1,234 ft) deep lake lies in the municipality of Suldal in Rogaland county, Norway. The 28-square-kilometre (11 sq mi) lake is the headwaters of the river Suldalslågen and it sits at an elevation of 69 metres (226 ft) above sea level. The lake has a volume of 4.49 cubic kilometres (1.08 cu mi).

Chenderoh Power Station or Chenderoh Dam is one of the oldest and the first major hydroelectric dam and power station in Malaysia. It was preceded by two earlier booiis
using Malaya's rivers; the Ulu Gombak station of 800kw in Selangor, completed in 1905 and that was used to provide Kuala Lumpur's first electric supply, and the Sungei Besi Tin Mines Ltd scheme at Ulu Langat that was purchased by the FMS Electrical Department in 1929. The dam is located in Chenderoh Lake, Kuala Kangsar District, Perak. It was constructed starting in 1927 by the Perak River Hydro-Electric Power Company Ltd and was completed between 1929 and 1930. Detailed descriptions of the scheme appear in the Minutes of the Institute of Civil Engineers, London, Volume 239, Issue 1935, 1935, pp. 253-312 and in the Architectural Review, Volume 75, No. 446, London, January 1934. The scheme was designed by the consulting engineers Rendel, Palmer & Tritton of London and Vattenbyggnadsbyran (VBB) of Stockholm, Sweden. The architect was Osvald Almqvist.
Wodzianka, wodzionka, kapłonek or brotzupa is a Silesian and Central Poland bread soup made from stale bread, fat and water or milk. Traditionally, wodzionka is prepared by soaking two- to three-day-old stale bread in water or broth and adding garlic, bay leaves, black pepper and other seasonings, fried bacon, and lard or butter. It was reportedly served in late autumn and winter, when cows had less milk.

The Fremont Rocket is a sculpture of a rocket in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, US. The rocket had been displayed at an army surplus store in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood until 1991, when a news radio broadcast said the store was dismantling its "circa 1950 Cold War rocket fuselage [sic]", prompting the Fremont Business Association to buy it for $750. The Business Association took a few years to overcome problems with assembling and erecting the rocket, finally placing it at its current location at N 35th St. and Evanston Ave N. on June 3, 1994.
