Christmas After Midnight is the first Christmas album, and sixth studio album, by American recording artist Fantasia. It was released by Concord Records on October 6, 2017, in the United States, serving as the singer's debut release with the label after departing from RCA soon after releasing her previous album, The Definition Of... (2016). Chiefly produced by frequent collaborator Ron Fair, the album was recorded in Los Angeles and Nashville, compromising a festive mix of renditions of Fantasia's favorite rock, soul, jazz, funk, and blues holiday classics. [1] Upon its release, the album debuted at number five on Billboard's Top Holiday Albums chart. [2]

The group won the third season of The Sing-Off in 2011, and subsequently received a recording contract with Sony. You Make It Feel Like Christmas is the fourth studio album by American singer-songwriter Gwen Stefani. The album, which is Stefani's first full-length Christmas-themed album, was released on October 6, 2017, by Interscope Records. The record was executively produced by Stefani and Busbee, with additional production coming from Eric Valentine. The standard version of You Make It Feel Like Christmas contains twelve songs, featuring six original songs penned by Stefani, Busbee and Justin Tranter, and six cover versions of Christmas standards. While going on a nature walk near the Oklahoma ranch house belonging to boyfriend Blake Shelton, Stefani felt inspired to record a Christmas album and began writing what would later become "Christmas Eve". Recording sessions took place in the summer months of 2017; several of the tracks' titles leaked in August, leaving Stefani to confirm the project in September. The album's original songs make references to Stefani's newfound love and relationship with Shelton.

Warmer in the Winter is the fourth studio album and first Christmas album by violinist and composer Lindsey Stirling, released on October 20, 2017. The album features Becky G, Trombone Shorty, Alex Gaskarth of All Time Low, and Sabrina Carpenter. The album is composed of ten Christmas cover tracks and three original tracks. The album opened at No. 32 on the Billboard 200, selling 15,000 copies, making her fourth Top 40 album. The deluxe edition, which features five bonus tracks, was released on October 19, 2018.

"Secret Santa" is a song by American singer Gwen Stefani for the 2018 reissue of her fourth studio album, You Make It Feel Like Christmas (2017). It was written by Stefani, Justin Tranter, and busbee while production was handled by busbee and Eric Valentine. The song was sent to Italian radio stations for airplay on November 30, 2018 as the second single in Italy and the album's third overall. It serves as one of two previously unreleased original tracks on the reissued album. "Secret Santa" is a Christmas pop ballad accompanied by an acoustic guitar and castanets. It contains flirtatious lyrics and metaphors that reference the Christmas tradition of Secret Santa.

Initially slated for release in 2021, it was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and was released on October 14, 2022. It entered the Billboard Top Holiday Albums chart at number 1, and debuted at number 17 on the Billboard 200 chart. A related television special, "A Very Backstreet Holiday," was pulled from airing and streaming debuts after sexual assault allegations against Nick Carter, who has since filed a defamation lawsuit.
