Cliven Sven James Loubser (born 24 February 1997) is a Namibian rugby union player, who currently plays for Anthem Rugby Carolina in Major League Rugby (MLR). [1] He represents Namibia internationally. His regular position is fly-half.

Loubser was born in Rehoboth. He made his test debut for Namibia in 2017 against Russia.

Anthem Rugby Carolina, shortened to Anthem RC, are a professional rugby union team in Major League Rugby (MLR), based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The team was founded in 2024, and began to play during the 2024 season.
