Milwaukee County is located in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. At the 2020 census, the population was 939,489, down from 947,735 in 2010. It is both the most populous and most densely populated county in Wisconsin, and the 45th most populous county nationwide; Milwaukee, its eponymous county seat, is also the most populous city in the state. The county was created in 1834 as part of Michigan Territory and organized the following year.

WYMS is a non-commercial radio station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, broadcasting on 88.9 FM. The station currently airs an eclectic adult album alternative music format, branded as "88Nine Radio Milwaukee". The station's license is owned by Milwaukee Public Schools, though it is managed and programmed by an outside group, also named Radio Milwaukee. In addition, WYMS airs weekly school board meetings on the over-the-air signal as a condition of MPS leasing the signal to Radio Milwaukee. Milwaukee-Downer Seminary was a private girls' junior high and high school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It was separated from Milwaukee-Downer College in 1910 ; and added seventh and eighth grades in 1917, although a separate corporation was not obtained until 1933.
Bayshore is an open-air shopping mall/mixed use complex including retail shops, restaurants, offices and residential units in Glendale, Wisconsin. It is currently anchored by Barnes & Noble, Kohl's, Total Wine & More, and Target along with one of the Milwaukee area's two Apple Stores. Originally an outdoor strip mall built in 1954, it was converted into an enclosed mall in 1974. The first of two major redevelopments began in 2006, Bayshore Town Center was redeveloped into a mixed use center. In February in preparation of the next redevelopment, some stores began to move to new locations in the mall.

Provident Hospital of Cook County is a public hospital in Chicago, Illinois that was founded as the first African-American-owned and operated hospital in America. Provident was established in 1891 by Dr. Daniel Hale Williams, an African-American surgeon, during the time in American history where few medical facilities were open to African Americans. Always open to all ethnicities, it grew to become a teaching hospital for blacks and whites, but especially for African American doctors and nurses. In 1993, it became a public hospital and is now part of the Cook County public health system.
Sandra Pasch is an American politician and nurse. She served six years in the Wisconsin State Assembly as a Democrat (2009–2015), representing north-central Milwaukee County.
