Premise

The show stars Josh Cooke and Jennifer Finnigan and costarred Darius McCrary, Tammy Lynn Michaels, and Tom Poston. Cooke and Finnigan played two single and extremely eccentric New Yorkers who are subject to constant interference when they begin dating from their equally eccentric friends and Finnigan's roommate, known only as "Dying Clown" or "Clown" who was actually a clown, played by Tom Poston.

Joe Millionaire is an American reality television series broadcast by the Fox Broadcasting Company (Fox). The series premiered on January 6, 2003, and concluded with the finale of its second season on November 24, 2003. Both seasons followed a group of single women in competition for the affection of a bachelor. The women were under the belief that the bachelor was a millionaire; however, he was actually a working class average Joe. If the final remaining woman still accepted the bachelor after learning about the ruse, the two split a $1,000,000 reward. The series was hosted by American television presenter Alex McLeod.

Shawn Harrison who played Waldo Faldo became part of the main cast this season. The character Myra Monkhouse played by Michelle Thomas debuted. This was the last season as part of the main cast for Jaimee Foxworth who played Judy Winslow and for Telma Hopkins who played Rachael Crawford. John Tracy and Gary Menteer directed most of the episodes. Telma Hopkins doesn’t appear in as much episodes this season as she did the previous three seasons due to her getting her own sitcom.
