Tagum, officially the City of Tagum, is a 1st class component city and capital of the Davao del Norte, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 296,202 people making it the most populous component city in Mindanao.

Originally anchored by Paolo Bediones, Cheryl Cosim and Erwin Tulfo, it premiered on April 5, 2010, on the network's evening line up replacing TEN: The Evening News. The show concluded on March 13, 2020. Luchi Cruz-Valdes and Ed Lingao served as the final anchors. It was replaced by Frontline Pilipinas in its timeslot.

The 2015 Palarong Pambansa was the 58th edition of the annual multi-sporting event for Filipino student-athletes. The games were held in Tagum, Davao del Norte from 3 to 9 May 2015. This is the first hosting of the Province of Davao del Norte, 60 years after it hosted the Palarong Pambansa as part of the larger Davao province. Tagum hosts most of the venues and billeting centers while the municipalities of Carmen, Sto. Tomas, New Corella, and Kapalong, and the cities of Panabo and Samal Island provided additional billeting centers and venues for the delegates. The events were mostly held within the Davao del Norte Sports and Tourism Complex, including the opening and closing ceremonies.

The channel's main programming is solely focused on Filipino Muslims and other Islamic communities in the country. The newscasts returned as a weekday primetime newscast from September 18, 2017 to September 4, 2020 with Aljo Bendijo, Diane Querrer and Alex Santos serves as final anchors, replacing the weekday edition of Ulat Bayan and was replaced by the weekday edition of Ulat Bayan. The hour-long newscast aired nationally via PTV-4 and simulcast on government radio network Radyo Pilipinas every Monday to Friday at 6:00 PM.
