"Damage" is a song by American singer H.E.R., released on October 21, 2020, through RCA Records as the second single from her debut studio album Back of My Mind (2021). It was written by H.E.R., Ant Clemons, Carl McCormick, Tiara Thomas, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, and produced by Cardiak , Jeff "Gitty" Gitelman. Ella Mai Howell is an English R&B singer-songwriter. Her musical career began at London's British and Irish Modern Music Institute in 2014, during which time she auditioned as part of a trio on the 11th season of The X Factor.
