Danny Kingston (born 12 February 1973) is a British judoka. [1]

Judo career

Kingston became champion of Great Britain, winning the lightweight division at the British Judo Championships in 1993. [2] Three years later he won the gold medal at the 1996 European Judo Championships.

The 2021 World Judo Juniors Championships was held between 6 and 10 October 2021 in Olbia, Italy. On its last day, the contest featured the 2021 World Juniors Mixed Team Championships.

The British Judo Championships are held annually and feature various age and weight categories to determine the British champion. The Championships are currently held at the English Institute of Sport, Sheffield.
