Dante John Calabria (born November 8, 1973) is an Italian-American former professional basketball player and coach. He is currently the head coach of Bethel Park High School in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania.
Calabria played college basketball at North Carolina under coach Dean Smith from 1992 to 1996. He was a member of the Tar Heels’ 1993 national championship team.
He moved to Europe for his professional career, spending a good part of it in the Italian Serie A.
A dual national of United States and Italy, he played for the Italy national basketball team.
In 2011, Calabria was named director of basketball operations at UNC Wilmington under coach Buzz Peterson. In 2012, he was moved to a full assistant role with the departure of Brooks Lee. [1] Calabria then had coaching stints at Montverde Academy in Florida and at Basket Taranto in Italy, before joining NAIA school Keiser University as an assistant coach under Rollie Massimino. [2] After Massimino's death, Calabria was named Keiser's Interim Head Coach in September 2017, [3] with the Interim tag being removed in January 2018. [4]
In June 2018, Calabria became an assistant coach of Larry Brown for the Italian basketball club Auxilium Torino. [5] Calabria spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Barry University in Florida. He resigned in September 2021. [6] On May 25, 2022, he was named the head basketball coach of Bethel Park High School in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. [7]
Roland Vincent Massimino was an American basketball coach. He served as the head men's basketball coach at Stony Brook University (1969–1971), Villanova University (1973–1992), the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (1992–1994), Cleveland State University (1996–2003), and at Northwood University's Florida campus, which was sold in 2014 to Keiser University (2006–2017). He reached the Elite Eight of the NCAA Tournament five times and reached the NAIA Semi-final twice.
Gerald Charles Wainwright Jr. is a retired American basketball coach. Wainwright served as the head men's basketball coach at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington from 1994 to 2002, the University of Richmond from 2002 to 2005, and DePaul University from 2005 to 2010.
Jason Maurice Capel is an American college basketball coach, currently an assistant at Pittsburgh. He was previously the 15th head coach of the Appalachian State Mountaineers men's basketball team. He is a former basketball player for the North Carolina Tar Heels, and is the brother of Jeff Capel, former Duke University basketball player and current University of Pittsburgh head coach. Capel provided color commentary for ACC basketball games on Raycom Sports during the 2007–2008 college basketball season. As of January 2018, he was a commentator for Bein Sports. He is a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. He is married to his college sweetheart Ashley Heath, also a graduate of UNC.

Tina Martin is an American former college basketball coach. From 1996 to 2017, she was the head women's basketball coach at the University of Delaware. She helped make Delaware a women's basketball power, with eleven 20-win seasons including four regular-season CAA championships. Her teams also made four NCAA Tournament appearances, in addition to five WNIT appearances. She served as an assistant coach at Seton Hall University and at UNC Wilmington where she became interim head coach on February 13, 2022 and continued to serve as head coach for the 2022–23 season.

Mike Capaccio is an American athletics administrator, currently serving as athletic director of The Citadel Bulldogs in Charleston, South Carolina. He was named to that position in 2018. He previously served as athletic director at UNC Wilmington for two years, and as CEO of the Brunswick Community College Foundation.
Stanley Mace Whittaker Jr. is an American professional basketball player for Uralmash Yekaterinburg of the VTB United League. He played college basketball for the Keiser University Seahawks, where he was coached by Rollie Massimino.
Doug Novak is an American basketball coach who is an assistant coach for the Northern Kentucky Norse women's basketball team. Before coaching for Northern Kentucky, Novak was the interim head coach of the Mississippi State women's basketball team from 2021 to 2022 following the resignation of head coach Nikki McCray-Penson due to health concerns.
