David James Millns (born 27 February 1965) is a first class cricket umpire and English former professional cricketer who played for Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club,Leicestershire County Cricket Club,Tasmania and Boland. Millns was a fast bowler,and a lower order batsman who was part of two championship winning sides with Leicestershire,in 1996 and 1998. [1]
His career spanned from 1988 until 2001. He is one of only a few cricketers in modern times to score a century and take ten wickets in the same county championship match (v Essex 1996). [2]
Having been told he would be playing for England against Pakistan at the Oval in 1992 he broke a bone in his foot and was not officially selected. Millns toured Australia with the England 'A' side that winter,although he had more success with the ball in one-day matches than in the first-class matches. [3] He was Leicestershire's leading wicket taker (and the sixth nationally) in 1994,taking 76 wickets at 25.01, [4] with many cricket writers believing he should have gone to Australia for the 1994/95 Ashes tour. His best all round season came in 1996,when he took 73 wickets and scored 424 runs, [5] and again many cricket writers picked him on the winter tour to the West Indies.[ citation needed ]
In 2007,he was selected in the reserve list as a first class umpire (cricket)|umpire for the season of 2008 by ECB. [6] In 2008,he was promoted to the first class umpire's list. [7] He stood as an umpire in the 2014–16 ICC Women's Championship. [8] He was selected as one of the two foreign umpires in the 2019–20 Bangladesh Premier League. [9] Since then,he officiates matches regularly in Bangladesh Premier League.
In January 2022,he was named as one of the on-field umpires for the 2022 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup in the West Indies. [10]
Richard Keith Illingworth is an English former cricketer,who is currently an umpire. The bulk of his domestic cricketing career was with Worcestershire,although he had a spell with Derbyshire,and overseas with Natal. He played in nine Tests and twenty-five ODIs for England,including participating in the 1992 and 1996 Cricket World Cups.
James Savin Foster is an English cricket coach and former cricketer. A wicket-keeper who played seven Tests and 11 One Day Internationals in 2001–02 and 2002–03.
Martin John Saggers is an English county cricket umpire and a retired English cricketer. He played international cricket for the England cricket team,including appearing in three Test matches and spent the majority of his first-class cricket career at Kent County Cricket Club. Saggers was born in King's Lynn in Norfolk.
Peter Willey is a former English cricketer,who played as a right-handed batsman and right-arm offbreak bowler. In and out of the England team,he interrupted his international career for three years by taking part in the first of the England players' South African rebel tours in 1982. After his playing career ended,he became a Test umpire.
James Cullum Tredwell is an English former international cricketer. A left-handed batsman and a right-arm off break bowler,he played his domestic cricket for Kent County Cricket Club and was appointed as County Captain for the 2013 season. He made his debut for Kent in the 2001 season,nine days before his first appearance for England Under-19s. He often fielded at slip. Tredwell was a member of the England team that won the 2010 ICC World Twenty20.
Nicholas Grant Billson Cook is an English cricket umpire and former player who appeared in 15 Tests and three ODIs between 1983 and 1989. A slow left-arm orthodox spin bowler and a lower order right-handed batsman,he played first-class and List A cricket from 1978 to 1994. He is currently an ECB appointed umpire on the professional circuit. He was born in Leicester and attended Lutterworth Grammar School.

Khondaker Sakib Al-Hassan is a Bangladeshi cricketer and politician. He is a member of Parliament. He is known for his aggressive left-handed batting style in the middle order and controlled slow left-arm orthodox bowling. He is widely regarded as the greatest Bangladeshi cricketer and one of the greatest all rounders of all time.
Richard Allan Kettleborough is an English international cricket umpire,and former first-class cricketer who appeared in 33 first-class matches for Yorkshire and Middlesex. He was a left-handed top order batsman and occasional right-arm medium pace bowler. He attended Worksop College and was a member of the college cricket XI for a number of years.
Ruchira Palliyaguruge is a Sri Lankan umpire and a former first-class cricketer. He played for Bloomfield Cricket and Athletic Club,Chilaw Marians Cricket Club,Saracens Sports Club,Nondescripts Cricket Club,Old Cambrian Sports Club. Palliyaguruge bowled right-arm medium pace and batted right-handed. Playing mostly club cricket,he has over 200 first-class wickets to his name and also over 4000 runs in a career that began in 1989/90.
James William Arthur Taylor is an English former cricketer and cricket selector who played for Nottinghamshire and England. A right-handed batsman and occasional right-arm leg break bowler,Taylor made his debut in first-class cricket in 2008 for Leicestershire and made major impressions in his first county seasons. He is noted as being a fine fielder in the covers. He became the youngest Leicestershire one-day centurion and first-class double centurion. In 2009,Taylor also became the youngest player in Leicestershire's history to score 1,000 championship runs in a season. A promising talent in his 34 white-ball appearances for England,Taylor was forced into retirement at just 26 years of age due to a previously undiagnosed heart condition.

Christopher Mark Brown,commonly known as Chris Brown,is a former Cook Islands cricketer,who previously played representative cricket for Auckland at New Zealand domestic level. Born in Rarotonga,Brown played his early cricket for Auckland under-age teams,and went on to represent the New Zealand national under-19s in several matches as a right-arm fast bowler. Making his first-class debut during the 1993–94 season of the Shell Trophy,he took ten wickets in his debut match,and represented the New Zealand Cricket Academy twice later in the season.

The 2020 international cricket season took place from May to September 2020. 15 Test matches,49 One Day Internationals (ODIs) and 40 Twenty20 International (T20Is) were scheduled to be played during this period,as well as 8 Women's One Day Internationals (WODIs) and 9 Women's Twenty20 Internationals (WT20Is). Additionally,a number of other T20I/WT20I matches were also scheduled to be played in minor series involving associate nations. The season started with Australia leading the Test cricket rankings,England leading the ODI rankings and Australia leading the Twenty20 rankings.
The 2021 Bangladeshi cricket season is taking place from 20 January to 31 December 2021. A total of 29 international matches,including 4 Test,9 One Day International and 16 Twenty20 International matches are scheduled to take place in Bangladesh in 2021. 72 first-class,5 List A and 54 Twenty20 matches are also being held in this season. All the international matches will form part of the 2020–2023 ICC Cricket World Cup Super League,2019–2021 ICC World Test Championship,2021–2023 ICC World Test Championship and the preparation for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup.
