Ricardo Tito Jamin Vidal (Latin: Ricardus Titus Vidal; Spanish: Ricardo Tito Vidal y Jamín; was a Filipino prelate of the Catholic Church. Made a cardinal in 1985, he was Archbishop of Cebu from 1982 to 2010.

He resigned as auxiliary bishop of Cebu on 1 October 2015 after serving the archdiocese for more than 11 years becoming an auxiliary bishop emeritus of Cebu. His last post is from the parish of San Fernando el Rey in Liloan, Cebu. He also worked with Archbishop Teofilo Camomot when they were assigned both as priests to the Parish of Saint Thomas of Villanova in El Pardo, Cebu City.
The Canonical Installationg of Bishop Dennis Villarojo took place on the 21 August 2019 at the Minor Basilica of the Immaculate Conception in the Diocese of Malolos. Villarojo, a native of Cebu, was appointed as the successor of the late-Bishop Jose Francisco Oliveros who died during his tenure as Bishop on the 11 May 2018. Upon his installation, Villarojo was the fifth prelate of the Diocese of Malolos and the first bishop of the Diocese hailing from the second largest archdiocese in the country, the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cebu. The installation was presided by Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle of Manila and Archbishop Gabriele Giordano Caccia who was the Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines.
