Mundelein is a village in Lake County, Illinois, United States and a northern suburb of Chicago. Per the 2020 census, the population was 31,560. It is approximately thirty-five miles northwest of Chicago.
Eanes Independent School District (EISD) is a school district headquartered in unincorporated Travis County, Texas (USA), in Greater Austin. Its enrollment is about 7,814 students, distributed among six elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school. All nine schools are rated Exemplary - the highest designation possible - in the State of Texas 2009 accountability ratings, marking the second consecutive year for that accomplishment. The district's overall state is Exemplary, making Eanes ISD one of just two 5A districts in the state to receive that designation in 2009. Only 9.5 percent of districts statewide are rated exemplary. Bond County Community Unit School District 2 is a unified school district based in Greenville, a city located in central Bond County, Illinois that serves as its county seat. Today, the district is composed of five schools; Greenville Elementary School, a NASA Explorer school that serves grades Pre-K through 5; Pocahontas Elementary School, which serves grades Pre-K through 8; Sorento Elementary School, which serves grades K-8; Greenville Junior High School, a school that means to bridge Greenville Elementary and Greenville High by serving grades 6-8; and lastly, Greenville High School, of which all the schools ultimately feed into, serving grades 9-12. The superintendent of the school district is Melanie Allyn; the principal of Greenville Elementary is Scott Pasley, the principal of Pocahontas Elementary is Eric Swingler, the principal of Sorento Elementary is Bill Carpenter, the principal of Greenville Junior High is Gary Brauns, and the principal of Greenville High is Wendy Porter. Respectively, the mascot Greenville Elementary is the rocket; of Pocahontas, it is the Indian. Kildeer Countryside Community Consolidated School District 96 is a K-8 school district centered in the Lake County village of Long Grove, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. This district is composed of seven schools in total, or one kindergarten center, four elementary schools, and two middle schools; any students attending District 96 will ultimately attend Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Illinois. This district's kindergarten center is known as Willow Grove Early Learning Center which, as its name suggests, serves kindergarteners and early childhood students. Ivy Hall Elementary School educates those in and within grades one and five; Prairie Elementary School and Country Meadows Elementary School do exactly the same. Kildeer Countryside Elementary School, the largest of the schools in terms of the student body, also serves all grades between one and five. Woodlawn Middle School and Twin Groves Middle School provide the next level of education, serving grades 6–8. As mentioned before, all students from this point on move forward to Stevenson High School District 125 for their last leg of precollegiate education. The school superintendent is Mrs. Kathryn E. Sheridan. The mascot of Woodlawn Middle School is the wolf, while the mascot of Twin Grove Middle School is the colt; in the elementary schools, the cougar is the mascot of Kildeer Elementary, the wildcat is the mascot of Ivy Hall Elementary, the cub is the mascot of Country Meadows Elementary, and the puma is the mascot of Prairie Elementary.
North Boone Community Unit School District 200 is a unified school district based in the central region of the county of its namesake, Boone County; more specifically, in the village of Poplar Grove, Illinois. Five of the six schools in the district are located here, with the other being eastwards in the village of Capron.
Palos Heights School District 128 is a PK-8 Cook County, Illinois school district located in the southern village of Palos Heights; the district serves Palos Heights Proper and the majority of its neighboring unincorporated areas. All in all, the district is composed of four schools: Indian Hill Preschool, of which educates the prekindergarteners of the district, serves roughly 7% of the district students; Cathy Leslie serves as the director of the prekindergarten program at the facility. Chippewa Elementary School, the most populous of the schools as of May 2008, educates District 128 students in grades one through three, and also runs a kindergarten program; it is under the direction of Mary Ann Redshaw. Those in grades four through five attend Navajo Heights Elementary School, which bridges the gap between the elementary schools and the grades 6–8 Independence Junior High School; the principal of Navajo Heights Elementary School is Sharon Herman, while the principal of Independence Junior High School is Dr. Kevin Kirk. The district superintendent is Dr. Kathleen Casey, and the mascot of Independence Junior High School is the patriot.
Community Consolidated School District 46 is a PK-8 school district located in the northern reaches of Lake County, Illinois; almost half of its schools are based in the village of Grayslake. The consolidated district is composed of seven schools: those seven schools can further be divided into two branches. The first branch is progressive, with students moving from school to school, and that list of progression is listed here; Meadowview School serves kindergarten through fourth grade. The principal of the school is Laura Morgan, and the school is located in Grayslake. There are three other elementary schools in the district, and they are named Avon Center School, Prairieview School, and Woodview School; these schools are all facilities in which those in kindergarten through fourth grade. Respectively, Avon Center is located in Round Lake Beach, Prairieview is located in Hainesville, and Woodview is located in Grayslake; Lynn Barkley is the principal of Avon Center, Dr. Amanda Schoenberg is the principal of Prairieview, and Jeff Knapp is principal at Woodview. All elementary schools feed into Frederick Intermediate School, which serves the early junior high grades five and six and is directed by principal Eric Detweiler; All graduates of Frederick Intermediate, in turn, attend Grayslake Middle School, which educates the seventh and eighth grade under the direction of principal Marcus Smith. The second branch is composed of one grade school, or a school that serves all grades within the same facility. This facility is called Park Campus and it is governed by principal Matt Melamed. Park Campus and Grayslake Middle School feed into Grayslake Community High School District 127, and into one of its two high schools: Grayslake North High School, or Grayslake Central High School.

LaGrange Highlands School District 106 is an elementary school district based in La Grange Highlands, an outlying suburb of Chicago located in Cook County, Illinois, near the border with DuPage County. District 106 is composed of two schools: one elementary school and one middle school, each named for the district. The school has 975 students enrolled, and serves 961 of those students currently. The district elementary school, Highlands Elementary School, serves students ranging from prekindergarten to grade four under direction of principal Laura Magruder. District students in grades five through eight move to Highlands Middle School, which is headed by principal Megan VerVynck and assistant principal Stetson Steele. John Munch serves as the superintendent of the district. Highlands feeds into Lyons Township Highschool.
Mundelein Elementary School District 75 is an elementary school district based entirely in the western Lake County village of Mundelein, Illinois. The district is composed of three schools: an early learning center, an intermediate grade school, and a middle school. All schools are located in the village of Mundelein. Students in the district attend Washington Elementary School, which serves kindergarteners, first graders, and second graders under Principal Stephanie Drake. Students then proceed to Mechanics Grove Elementary School, which serves grades three through five and is led by Principal Tanya Fergus. Mechanics Grove then feeds into Carl Sandburg Middle School, which serves grades six through eight under Principal Mark Pilut. The district also hosts the Lincoln Early Childhood Center, a multi-district pre-kindergarten program. The district superintendent is Dr. Kevin Myers, who is also the superintendent of Mundelein Consolidated High School District 120.
