Distant was originally scheduled for March 11, 2022, September 16, 2022, and later January 27, 2023, before being quietly pulled from Universal Pictures' release schedule. [15] [17] According to Amblin's website, it was scheduled for January 19, 2024. [18] However, on November 9, 2023, the film was once again removed from the schedule.
