Notes

  1. In an Easter egg in Scream (2022) in which characters are watching the opening scene of Stab, an in-universe film within a film based on the events of Scream (1996), the audio is actually that of Barrymore as Casey Becker being attacked by Ghostface from that film. In previous Scream sequels, "Casey Becker" in Stab was portrayed by Heather Graham (as herself portraying the character).
