Dumooa Tahseen (born on 25 February 1991) [1] is an Iraqi singer, known for her Iraqi folk singing. She got her fame after winning The Voice: Ahla Sawt in the fourth season. [2] She also sings in kurdish language.

Life

Tahseen was born in Baghdad to a family of Kurdish descent. She lived with her mother after her parents divorced. She began singing in the restaurants of Amman. [3] She got her fame after her first appearance in The Voice: Ahla Sawt. She teamed up with Ahlam, reaching the final and winning the fourth season of the program. [4]

The Voice: Ahla Sawt is the Arabic version of Dutch show The Voice of Holland created by John de Mol and produced by Talpa Media Group. The first season of MENA's version of The Voice debuted on 14 September 2012 and was broadcast worldwide from Beirut, Lebanon via MBC 1, a pan-Arabian television station. Through an agreement, the show was also simulcast via LBCI's channels. The first two season's main host was Egyptian actor Mohammad Kareem and Arwa Gouda. Nadine Wilson Njeim hosted from backstage.

Jor went on to cover Michael Jackson's "They Don't Care About Us" to comment on the garbage crisis happening in Lebanon, with Quincy's full support of her political statement. The Voice Kids: Ahla Sawt is an Arabic TV series airing on MBC 1 and MBC 3. It premiered on 2 January 2016. The three judges for the inaugural season were Tamer Hosny, Nancy Ajram and Kadim Al Sahir. There are four stages starting with the Blind Auditions. Contestants between the ages of 7 and 14 sing covers of already existing songs without being seen by the judges. If a coach likes the contestant's performance, they turn their chair. Each coach is allowed to have 15 contestants on their team.

Courtney Hadwin is an English singer-songwriter. She rose to fame by competing prominently on ITV's The Voice Kids UK 2017 and the 13th season of the NBC competition show America's Got Talent.
