On August 31, 2000, the internet domain www.tiempo.hn was purchased by Banco Continental with a 15-year right of possession. [2]

On July 19, 2019, the site www.tiempo.hn ranked eighth in Honduras. [3]

Music chart

El Tiempo had previous published the Honduras Top 50 music chart in the country. Chart rankings were based on radio play and surveyed through radio stations in San Pedro Sula, Tegucigalpa, La Ceiba, Puerto Cortés, Choluteca and Roatán. [4]

The 2011–12 C.D. Motagua season in the Honduran Liga Nacional was F.C. Motagua's 61st season in its history; the domestic league was divided into two tournaments, Apertura and Clausura. The Apertura started on 7 August, but due to its participation in the 2011–12 CONCACAF Champions League, their first official game was played on 28 July 2011. Motagua, as title holders, were looking for its 13th domestic championship, and its first CONCACAF achievement. The pre-season started on 20 June 2011.

The Miss Honduras or Miss Honduras Universe is a national beauty pageant in Honduras. The pageant was founded in 1930, where the winners were sent to Miss Universe.

Marathón, as the team with the best record, qualified to the 2019 CONCACAF Champions League. Real C.D. España and F.C. Motagua qualified to the 2018 CONCACAF League.

The 2017–18 season was F.C. Motagua's 71st season in existence and the club's 52nd consecutive season in the top fight of Honduran football. As winners of both Apertura and Clausura last season, the club was looking for their 16th and 17th league title. They also competed for the 2017 Honduran Supercup and the 2018 CONCACAF Champions League. No Honduran Cup competition was scheduled from the Federation this season.

The 2018–19 Liga Nacional de Honduras season was the 53rd edition of the Liga Nacional de Honduras, the top football league in Honduras, since its establishment in 1965. The tournament started in July 2018 and ended in June 2019. The season was divided into two halves, each crowning one champion. F.C. Motagua as winners of both tournaments, qualified to the 2019 CONCACAF League as HON1. Club Deportivo Olimpia as runner-ups and C.D. Marathón as the team with the third best record, also qualified to international contention for next season.

Miss Grand Honduras is a national beauty pageant in Honduras, founded in 2022 by a chairperson of AV Productions, Amelia Vega. The winner represents the country at its parent contest Miss Grand International. Previously in 2013 to 2015, the license belonged to the Miss Honduras organization.
