Escape the Field is a 2022 American thriller film directed by Emerson Moore and starring Jordan Claire Robbins, Theo Rossi, and Shane West. [1]
Six kidnapped strangers wake up in an endless cornfield. Not knowing who abducted them, they must survive in a hostile environment by solving puzzles using their respective abilities and with provided objects including matches, a compass, a canteen, a single-bullet gun, a lantern, and a knife.

In February 2022, it was announced that Lionsgate acquired North American and UK distribution rights to the film, which was released in May 2022. [6] [7]
The film has a 19% score on Rotten Tomatoes based on 27 reviews, with an average rating of 3.80/10. [8] Nick Allen of RogerEbert.com awarded the film one star out of four. [9]
Claire Antonia Forlani is an English actress. She became known in the mid-1990s for her leading role in the film Mallrats, and in the Jean-Michel Basquiat 1996 biopic, Basquiat. Emmett John "Emo" Scanlan is an Irish actor. He is best known for playing Brendan Brady in Hollyoaks. He appeared in the BBC Two drama The Fall in 2013 and 2014, Peaky Blinders Series 5 and Series 6, and Breakdown in which he appears alongside Craig Fairbrass, James Cosmo, Bruce Payne, Olivia Grant and Tamer Hassan. It was David Hackl's fifth film as director. Dangerous was produced by Kevin DeWalt, Ben DeWalt and Doug Falconer under the banners of Mind's Eye Entertainment and Falconer Pictures; and marks the last film of Falconer as a producer - he suddenly died in July 2021 before the release of the film. The film was distributed in the United States and the United Kingdom by Lionsgate. It received negative reviews from critics for its plot and action.
