Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society (MNRAS) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal covering research in astronomy and astrophysics. It has been in continuous existence since 1827 and publishes letters and papers reporting original research in relevant fields. The company produced numerous bibliographic databases in different fields of the arts and humanities, natural and social sciences, and technology. Thus, coverage included materials science, environmental sciences and pollution management, biological sciences, aquatic sciences and fisheries, biotechnology, engineering, computer science, sociology, linguistics, and other areas.
The Slavic Review is a major peer-reviewed academic journal publishing scholarly studies, book and film reviews, and review essays in all disciplines concerned with "Eastern Europe, Russia, the Caucasus, and Central Asia, past and present". The database, named after Nicolaus Copernicus, has several assessment tools to track the impact of scientific works and publications, individual scientists, or research institutions. In addition to the productivity aspects, IC also offers the traditional abstracting and indexing of scientific publications.
Girlhood Studies: An Interdisciplinary Journal is a peer-reviewed academic journal established in 2008 by Jackie Kirk, Claudia Mitchell, and Jacqueline Reid-Walsh and published by Berghahn Journals. It became an official journal of the International Girls Studies Association (IGSA) in 2019. The journal discusses girlhood from the perspective of a broad range of fields including education, health, media studies, and literary studies. Of the three issues a year, two are themed issues on particular topics. The editor-in-chief is Claudia Mitchell. Girlhood Studies: An Interdisciplinary Journal received the award of Best New Journal in the Social Sciences & Humanities from the Association of American Publishers in 2009. The journal led to the establishment of a complementary book series, Transnational Girlhoods, in 2019, also published by Berghahn.

The index includes all journals that meet the following requirements: "explicit procedures for external peer review; an academic editorial board, with members affiliated with universities or other independent research organizations; a valid ISSN code, confirmed by the international ISSN register; abstracts in English and/or another international language relevant for the field for all published articles; information on author affiliations and addresses; a maximum two thirds of the authors published in the journal from the same institution". ERIH has not been intended for evaluation purposes.
