Miss India or Femina Miss India is a national beauty pageant in India that annually selects representatives to compete in Miss World, one of the Big Four major international beauty pageants. It is organised by Femina, a women's magazine published by The Times Group.

The winner from this pageant represents the state of Karnataka at the National level Femina Miss India contest.

At the end of the event, Anukreethy Vas of Tamil Nadu crowned Suman Rao of Rajasthan as her successor. She represented India at Miss World 2019 in London and placed 2nd Runner Up.

At the end of the event Divita Rai crowned her successor Shweta Sharda while Pragnya Ayyagari crowned her successor Sonal Kukreja. Sharda represented India at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador on 18 November 2023, where she finished in the top 20 and Kukreja will represent India at Miss Supranational 2024 in Poland on 17 July 2024.
