Fernando Miranda (born May 16, 1979), who goes by Fern and sometimes FERN,F.E.R.N. or Fernie, is a Puerto Rican rapper in the Christian hip hop genre. He is part of the duo Social Club Misfits, together with his partner, Marty Mar. His first EP, 68 and Douglas, was released in 2015. This was his breakthrough release upon the Billboard magazine charts.

Early life

Fern was born as Fernando Miranda [1] on May 16, [2] 1979, [3] and he was raised in Hollywood, Florida, where he and Marty established Social Club.

Music career

Fern's solo music recording career started in 2015, with the EP 68 and Douglas, which was released on December 4, 2015, by Social Club. The EP was his breakthrough release upon the Billboard magazine charts, where it placed on four charts, while it peaked at No. 15 on Christian Albums, [4] No. 21 on Independent Albums, [5] No. 19 on Rap Albums, [6] and No. 5 on Heatseekers Albums. [7]

Film career

In 2017, Fern announced that he was to appear in the film Canal Street . The film was released in 2018. [8]

The third free album from the duo came out on September 13, 2013, entitled Summer of George. Blanca Elaine Reyes, who goes by the mononym Blanca, is a Puerto Rican-born American Contemporary Christian music singer-songwriter. Until 2013, she was a member of Group 1 Crew. She is now a solo artist. She released her debut EP on January 13, 2015, Who I Am EP, with Word Records and her first studio album, Blanca, on May 4, 2015.

Tony Daniel Frazier, who goes by the stage name Tony Tillman or previously Brothatone, is an American Christian hip hop musician. As Brothatone, he released an EP in 2006, The Gift. XXI (formerly, A Feast for Kings (AFFK)) is an American Christian metal band that also takes influences from Alternative metal and Post-hardcore. Eric's death in 2014 was the reasoning behind the band's name change, with 'XXI' (Roman numerals for '21') being Eric's age at the time of his death.
