In early 2020, Bia signed a new record deal with Epic Records, releasing her second EP, For Certain, on December 11, 2020. In late 2019, she signed a recording contract with Justin Goldman's '94 Sounds, an imprint of RCA Records.

Pop Smoke rose to fame with the release of his breakout single "Welcome to the Party" in April 2019. Produced by Gerreaux, it received several remixes with Lil Yachty, Bryson Tiller, SZA and Cardi B. The song contains a sample of "Ron Artest" by Babyface Ray and 42 Dugg. The song became Flo Milli's first entry on the US Billboard Hot 100 and numerous international charts.
