Francis Mark is an American drummer, singer, guitarist, songwriter and artist known as a member of the bands From Autumn to Ashes, [1] Warship, [2] Biology, [3] and Tidal Arms. [4] [5] Mark currently resides in Detroit, Michigan. Before From Autumn To Ashes, he was in a local band named Who's to Blame with Scott Gross.and played drums for Reggie and the Full Effect in 2008. Holding a Wolf by the Ears is the fourth studio album by the American post-hardcore band From Autumn to Ashes. It is also the only album without the band's original singer, Ben Perri, as well as the band's first album recorded with Rob Lauritson on 2nd guitar, and their last with Josh Newton on bass.

Warship was a post-hardcore band formed in Long Island in 2008. Former From Autumn to Ashes members Francis Mark and Rob Lauritsen formed the band following the From Autumn to Ashes' announced indefinite hiatus on June 9, 2008. Mark chose the name Warship, which came from an instance in 2007 when he was creating paintings on blank worship candles, and a friend questioned what he was doing. Mark replied with "making worship candles", however, the friend believed Mark was creating candles with actual warships depicted on them. Mark explains, "This led me to thinking about the relationship between the two. How discouraging it is when 'worship' begets 'warships.'"

<i>Supply and Depend</i> 2008 studio album by Warship

Supply and Depend is the first full-length release by Warship, the band founded by Fran Mark and Rob Lauritsen, both members of From Autumn to Ashes. It was released on November 4, 2008 on Vagrant Records and features 10 tracks the band recorded with producer Andrew Schneider over the summer. Almost all of the songs from the album were played live on the band's recent tour with Reggie and the Full Effect.

Tidal Arms is an experimental/psychedelic/rock band from Brooklyn, New York that formed in 2009. They self-released their first album, The Sun Exploding, on February 13, 2011, and followed up with a national tour supporting Glassjaw. The band's self-titled second album was released on November 26, 2013 via Black Numbers.

Scott Gross is an American musician, guitarist, composer, producer, audio engineer and writer known as a member of the band From Autumn To Ashes and owner and founder of Hit And Run Studios in Long Island, New York. Before From Autumn To Ashes he was in a local band called Who's To Blame with Francis Mark. Gross was one of the songwriters in From Autumn To Ashes and also wrote lyrics for the first two albums along with Perri and Mark. He also is named as a producer on Jordan White’s 2016 EP “High Road.”
