Manhunt is an American historical drama miniseries created by showrunner Monica Beletsky, adapted from James L. Swanson's book Manhunt: The 12-Day Chase for Lincoln's Killer. The series follows Edwin Stanton's search for John Wilkes Booth in the aftermath of Abraham Lincoln's assassination. Directed by Carl Franklin and starring Tobias Menzies, the series was produced for Apple TV+, and released on March 15, 2024.
Titanic 666 is a 2022 American supernatural horror film directed by Nick Lyon and produced by The Asylum. It is a sequel to Titanic II (2010) and stars Jamie Bamber and Keesha Sharp. It was released on Tubi on the United States on April 15, 2022, on the 110th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. The film received generally unfavorable reviews, and users on social media noted the film's similarity to Titanic (1997) and Studio 666 (2022).
Kemba is a 2024 American biographical legal drama film written by Christine Swanson and directed by Kelley Kali. The film stars Nesta Cooper, Sean Patrick Thomas and Michelle Hurd. The film based on the true story of Kemba Smith, a college student charged as a co-conspirator to her college boyfriend's drug-trafficking crimes and in 1994 was sentenced to 24.5 years in federal prison. Her case drew national attention and support from various organizations including the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund which ultimately prompted President Bill Clinton to grant her executive clemency after serving 6.5 years. She later become criminal justice advocate and public speaker. Kemba Smith serving as executive producer of the film.
