Freak Vault, formerly known as Shirt Freak, is a Nigeria fashion retail company, [1] [2] and one of Africa's leading clothing brands. [3]

History

Freak Vault was launched in February 2017 by Phillip Ojire. [4] [5] In September 2021, Shirt Freak metamorphosed into the Freak Vault Group with various subsidiaries such as Pant Freak, Shoe Freak, Suit Freak, and Tees Freak. [6] In 2021, Mercy Johnson, Juliet Ibrahim, and Iyabo Ojo led Shirt Freak's 2021 summer shirt dress collections. [7] [8] On September 25, 2022, Stan Nze, Eddy Watson, Ifeanyi Kalu, Ex Big Brother Naija 6 housemate Pere, and other Nollywood actors modelled for the Freak Vault collection. [9] In 2022, Freak Vault, Thebe Magugu of South Africa, and others was ranked among the top African fashion brands. [10]
