Freshly Squeezed is a British breakfast television programme which was broadcast every weekday morning on Channel 4 from August 2006 to December 2012.

Format

The programme took the format of a music-based breakfast show, featuring studio performances, music videos and interviews.

The show was cancelled at the end of 2012.

The programme was hosted by two main presenters on a weekly rotational basis, though Hollyoaks duo Jeffries and Littler presented the programme together. Interviews were normally pre-recorded and were sometimes conducted by one of the other presenters.

The Big Breakfast is a British breakfast light entertainment television programme that was broadcast on Channel 4 from 1992 to 2002, and as a revival from 2021 to 2022. The show had various presenters, starting with Chris Evans and Gaby Roslin at launch with the revival episodes presented by Mo Gilligan and AJ Odudu.

T4 was a scheduling slot on Channel 4 and E4. It also aired on weekdays in the school holidays. The slot had a separate station identification on screen graphic from Channel 4 and E4. Channel 4 originally produced the strand in-house until 2002, when production was passed onto independent companies. The slot was targeted at the 16-24 age group.

She was the first regular solo female presenter of the BBC Radio 1 chart show.
