Poppy Hills Golf Course is the newest golf course in Pebble Beach, California, after undergoing an extensive 13-month renovation that was completed in April 2014. The original Poppy Hills was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., and opened in 1986. Along with Pebble Beach Golf Links and Spyglass Hill Golf Course, Poppy Hills co-hosted the PGA Tour's AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am from 1991 to 2009, replacing Cypress Point in the rotation. Poppy Hills co-hosted the Champions Tour's Nature Valley First Tee Open with Pebble Beach for three years, beginning in September 2014.
Chicago Golf Club is a private golf club in the central United States, located in Wheaton, Illinois, a suburb west of Chicago. The oldest 18-hole course in North America, it was one of the five founding clubs of the United States Golf Association (USGA) in 1894. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2020.
The Penn State Golf Courses are two 18-hole courses located in State College, Pennsylvania, operated by Pennsylvania State University. The individual 18-hole courses are named after the school colors, blue and white. They, along with their practice facilities, are the home of the men's and women's golf team and all intramural golf activities of the university. The practice facilities include a double-sided driving range with both natural grass and artificial teeing areas, and several putting greens located throughout the facility.
Jackson Park is a 160.7-acre (0.650 km2) public park and golf course in north Seattle, Washington, occupying most of the space between N.E. 145th Street on the north, N.E. 130th Street on the south, 5th Avenue N.E. on the west, and 15th Avenue N.E. on the east. It opened to the public in 1928. Jackson Park has both a nine-hole par three course and a full eighteen-hole long course. It offers amenities such as a pro shop, cafe and bar, cart rentals, driving range, and putting practice greens. It underwent renovations in 2001 to allow Thornton Creek to flow through in a more environmentally beneficial way. This renovation added much water to the front nine and increased the difficulty significantly. The course also offers junior camps that run throughout the summer. The official course record is 62 and was set by amateur golfer, and former Seattle Mariners pitcher, Erik Hanson in the 2015 Seattle Amateur. Fellow amateur Vinnie Murphy equaled that score in the 2016 edition of the tournament.

West High School is a public four year high school located in Davenport, Iowa. Their athletic mascot is the Falcon. The school has almost 200 classes and nearly 1,500 students. The school, along with Davenport Central and Davenport North, make up the three traditional high schools of the Davenport Community School District (DCSD). West was built in 1960 and the current principal is Cory Williams.

Charles Blair Macdonald was a major figure in early American golf. He built the first 18-hole course in the United States, was a driving force in the founding of the United States Golf Association, won the first U.S. Amateur championship, and later built some of the most influential golf courses in the United States, to the extent that he is considered the father of American golf course architecture. He is a member of the World Golf Hall of Fame.
Baltimore Country Club is a private club in Baltimore, Maryland, with two campuses, one in the city's Roland Park neighborhood and the other in the north suburb of Lutherville. It is one of only twelve clubs nationwide to operate two campuses. The club was founded on January 13, 1898, and hosted the U.S. Open the following year. Its original golf course at the Roland Park campus was the first 18-hole course built in the state of Maryland. The USGA lists Baltimore Country Club as one of the first 100 clubs established in the United States.

Glen Echo County Club, located in Normandy, Missouri, is a private golf club that was founded by George McGrew and his son-in-law, Albert Bond Lambert. Completed in 1901, it was the first 18-hole golf course in St. Louis and the first golf course constructed west of the Mississippi River. The course hosted the golf events for the 1904 Summer Olympics.

Cabot Links is a golf course located in Inverness, Nova Scotia, Canada. It is a full 18-hole true links course, but a 10-hole version of the course was opened in 2011. It was designed by Alberta native, Rod Whitman and is located on a former coal mine along the coast of the Gulf of Saint Lawrence.
The Barwon Heads Golf Club is a golf club located in Barwon Heads, Victoria. The club is located on the southern edge of the township of Barwon Heads and comprises an eighteen-hole links style championship course as well as a nine-hole 3-par course, tennis courts and a clubhouse with accommodation built in the 1920s.
Essex County Country Club (ECCC) is a golf club in West Orange, New Jersey. It was founded in 1887, making it the oldest club in the state of New Jersey and the sixth oldest in the United States.
