Theodore J. St. Antoine is an American lawyer and legal scholar. He has served on the faculty of the University of Michigan Law School since 1965 and is currently the James E. and Sarah A. Degan Professor Emeritus of Law at the school. St. Antoine served as dean of the Law School from 1971 to 1978.

Segal,a former Deputy Attorney General serving under Schnader,and Francis A. Lewis. The firm was initially named Schnader &Lewis. Eventually,Segal was added as a name partner. The fourth name partner,Earl G. Harrison,joined the firm in 1948. When the firm announced its closure it had roughly 90 attorneys in six offices nationwide. On August 3,2023,the firm announced it would dissolve and permanently cease operations.

From 2018 to 2023,Hadfield served as Senior Policy Adviser to the artificial intelligence company OpenAI.
