Gokul Athokpam is an Indian actor who appears in Manipuri films. [1] [2] In addition to films, he has also worked in theatres, and has acted in many Shumang Kumheis , including Lidicegee Gulap, Nangna Luhongdringei and Lambidudei. In 2001, he got the title of Dawn Actor. [3] He has acted in many famous Manipuri films. [4] Among them, Lucy Kamei, Tayai , Thabaton-1,2, Thouri, Imagee Ibungo, Lambidudei, Sakthibee Tampha, Western Sankirtan, Lamjasara, Tabunungda Akaiba Likli and Eidi Thamoi Pikhre may be mentioned. [5]
He also produced the movie Tayai. In the beginning of his acting career in Manipuri films, he used to play antagonistic characters. [6]
Gokul Athokpam was selected for 4th Film Vision Special Award 2009-10 and 5th Film Vision Special Award 2010–11, by Film Academy Manipur (FAM). [3] He is the recipient of the Best Actor in a Supporting Role award for the movie Bomb Blast at the 7th Manipur State Film Festival 2010. [7] He won the Best Actor Award at the 3rd Sahitya Seva Samiti Manipur Film Award, SSS MANIFA 2014, organised by Sahitya Seva Samiti, Kakching and Film Forum Manipur, at Kakching Khullen Ibudhou Khamlangba Laikol on 21 April 2014 for his role Paari in the film Thajagee Maihing.
He won the Best Actor in a Leading Role Award in the 9th MANIFA 2020 for his role in the film Inamma . [8]

Kangabam Tomba is an Indian actor from Imphal, Manipur. He started his career in theatre. His first appearance in movies is in Matamgi Manipur, the first Manipuri full-length feature film where he played a college guy. Chinglen Thiyam was an actor, comedian, lyricist and director of Shumang Kumhei theatre in Manipur. He had acted in over 100 plays and directed around 20 plays. Thiyam had also acted in many Manipuri films. He was popularly known as Commando Chinglen from the Shumang Leela Thawaina Punshigidamak. Not only in digital films, but he had also acted in Manipuri celluloid movies. He was conferred with the Iboyaima Shumang Leela Award in 2020 for his profound contribution in Shumang Leela. Wari Loidri, Khomlang Laman, Thawaina Punshigidamak, Sanagi Nga, Keishamthong Thoibi were some of the famous plays where he acted.
Huirem Seema was an Indian actress from Imphal, Manipur. She had appeared in more than 100 Manipuri films. As a producer, she had four Manipuri digital films to her credit. She was best known for her roles in movies like Kanaga Hinghouni, Chang Shi Chang, Lakhipurgi Lakhipyari, Naoshum, Yumleima Lamleima and Thasi Thanou.
