China Great Wall Wine Co., Ltd. is a Chinese producer of wine based in Shacheng town, Huailai County, Zhangjiakou, Hebei province, China. By production volume, Great Wall is China's largest wine enterprise, producing 50,000 tons in 2010. [1]
Founded in 1983, Great Wall is a subsidiary of state-owned COFCO Group and their COFCO Wines & Spirits Co., Ltd.- a subsidiary of COFCO group that specializes in alcoholic drinks. Its main office is situated at the foot of the Great Wall of China, next to the Guanting Lake. [2]
The company has 74.8 hectares (1,125 mu) of vineyards, mostly in Shandong province. [1] More than ten different varieties of grapes are grown there. It uses 1,375 twenty-ton storage vessels with a total capacity of approximately 30,000 tons. [2]

Azerbaijani wine is produced in several regions throughout Azerbaijan. Prior to 20th century communist rule, the region which makes up modern-day Azerbaijan had a thriving wine industry that dated back to the second millennium BC. Azerbaijan's long history of wine production was rediscovered at archaeological digs of settlements in Kültəpə, Qarabağlar and Galajig where archaeologists discovered stone fermentation and storage vessels that included residue and grape seeds dating back to the second millennium BC. The Ancient Greeks were well aware of wine production in the area by at least the 7th century BC according to Herodotus. Later Strabo would comment in the 1st century BC about an wine known as Albania from the region. Arabic historians and geographers—most notably Abu'l-Fida, Al-Masudi, Ibn Hawqal and Al-Muqaddasi - described the extensive viticulture around Ganja and Barda that was taking place even after Islamic conquest of the area.
A Ningxia wine is any wine produced in the Chinese province of Ningxia. Since large producers moved into the region in the 1980s and local producer successes at wine competitions in the 2010s spurred further development, Ningxia has become one of the premier wine regions in China.
Xinjiang Guanghui Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. is a major automotive sales, energy, mining, and real estate company based in the city of Ürümqi in the Xinjiang Autonomous Region of China.
