Etihad Rail DB is responsible for the operations and maintenance of Stage One of the UAE's national railway network for Etihad Rail’s primary customer, the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). Etihad Rail DB concluded an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Agreement with Etihad Rail in August 2013.

Shah is a petroleum installation and freight railway station in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi Emirate. It is connected by a 264 km long freight railway line to Ruwais and is part of the Etihad Rail network. The railway was opened in 2015 and is used to transport sulphur, a by-product of the petroleum industry.

Port of Fujairah, also called Fujairah Port, is a deep port located in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. It is the largest port on the eastern seaboard of the United Arab Emirates and the world second largest bunkering hub.
