Reed served as the U.S. representative for New York's 23rd congressional district; the district is in New York's Southern Tier. A Republican, Reed first joined the U.S. House after winning a special election to replace Eric Massa in 2010. He previously served one term as mayor of Corning, New York.
Daniel Michael Donovan Jr. is an American attorney, former prosecutor, and politician. A member of the Republican Party, he served as the U.S. representative for New York's 11th congressional district from 2015 to 2019. Donovan was first elected to Congress in a special election. The district includes all of Staten Island, as well as portions of southwest Brooklyn. He was defeated for reelection in 2018 by Democrat Max Rose. Donovan was District Attorney of Richmond County from 2004 to 2015.

Graves previously served one term as the U.S. representative for Georgia's 9th congressional district from 2010 to 2013, following his victory in a special election held to fill the seat left vacant by the resignation of Nathan Deal. Before his election to Congress, Graves served as a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives from 2003 to 2010.
Michael Gerard Grimm is an American politician and convicted felon, who represented New York in the United States Congress from 2011 to 2015 until his conviction and resignation from Congress. Grimm represented New York's 13th congressional district during his first term, after which he represented New York's 11th congressional district. Both districts consisted of Staten Island and parts of Brooklyn. Grimm is a member of the Republican Party, and during his time in office was the only Republican to represent a significant portion of New York City.
Robert Correia was an American politician who represented the 12th and 7th Bristol Districts in the Massachusetts House of Representatives from 1977 to 2008 and served as the 41st Mayor of Fall River, Massachusetts from 2008 to 2010. He ran for re-election as Mayor in 2009 but finished third in the mayoral primary behind City Councilor Cathy Ann Viveiros and Attorney William Flanagan.

A special election for New York's 11th congressional district was held on May 5, 2015, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Michael Grimm. Grimm, a member of the Republican Party, announced on December 30, 2014, that he would resign from the House effective January 5, 2015, and not take his seat for a third term following his guilty plea for tax evasion. On May 5, 2015, Republican candidate Dan Donovan defeated his Democratic challenger Vincent Gentile in the election and filled the vacant seat.
Paul Mitchell III was an American businessman and politician who served as the U.S. representative for Michigan's 10th congressional district from 2017 to 2021. A member of the Republican Party for most of his Congressional tenure, he left the party in December 2020, three weeks prior to his departure from Congress, and became an independent. In July 2019, Mitchell announced that he would not run for re-election in 2020 to spend more time with his family.
Albert "Max" Abramson is an American politician currently serving as a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Rockingham District 37 since 2018. He previously represented the same district from 2014 to 2016. He ran for the nomination of the Libertarian Party for the 2020 presidential election, but dropped out on March 3, 2020.
The Fifty-sixth Oklahoma Legislature was the most recent meeting of the legislative branch of the government of Oklahoma, composed of the Senate and the House of Representatives. It met in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma from January 3, 2017, to January 3, 2019, during the final two years of the second administration of Governor Mary Fallin. The November 2016 elections maintained Republican control of both the House and Senate.
