Hisashi Hieda (born December 31, 1937) is a Japanese television executive who is the chief executive officer at Fuji Media Holdings, Inc, and chairman since June 2001. [1] [2] He also is chairman of the Japan Art Association. [3]
Hieda, who introduced the slogan “If it’s not fun, it’s not Fuji TV,” joined the broadcaster in 1961 and became president and CEO in 1988. He has held the post of chairman and CEO of Fujisankei Communications International since 1992.
During his tenure, programs were introduced that catapulted Fuji from fourth to first place in the ratings and which have turned it into Japan’s most profitable network. Hieda has also been involved in the company’s successful moviemaking activities. [4]

David M. Cote is an American businessman. Cote previously worked for General Electric and TRW Inc. before he was appointed chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Honeywell in 2002, following their acquisition by AlliedSignal. Cote also sat on the JP Morgan Chase risk committee during the period in which the firm lost $6 billion trading credit derivatives. Cote stepped down as CEO at Honeywell at the end of March 2017 and was succeeded by Darius Adamczyk. Cote is currently the executive chairman of Vertiv.

Good Morning Call is a Japanese shōjo manga series by Yue Takasuka that ran in the monthly magazine Ribon from 1997 to 2002. Part of the story has been adapted into an OVA. The Olympus scandal was precipitated on 14 October 2011 when British-born Michael Woodford was suddenly ousted as chief executive of international optical equipment manufacturer Olympus Corporation. He had been company president for six months, and two weeks prior had been promoted to chief executive officer, when he exposed "one of the biggest and longest-running loss-hiding arrangements in Japanese corporate history", according to The Wall Street Journal. Tsuyoshi Kikukawa, the board chairman, who had appointed Woodford to these positions, again assumed the title of CEO and president. The incident raised concern about the endurance of tobashi schemes, and the strength of corporate governance in Japan.
Tasmania Story is a 1990 Japanese-language film, released on July 21, 1990. It was filmed by Pacific Link Communications Japan, the Fuji Television Network, and by David Hannay Productions. Lasting 110 minutes, the film had Kunie Tanaka and Hiroko Yakushimaru as the starring roles. The movie was filmed in Australia, with filming starting in the Southern Hemisphere's winter of 1989.
