History

Huaneng Renewables started its first initial public offering in 2010. [4] However, the firm withdrawn the application [5] and re-applied in 2011. On 10 June 2011 Huaneng Renewables listed its H shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. [3]

In 2014 Shenhua Group produced 437 million tonnes of coal and sold 588 million tonnes of coal. In 2014, Shenhua Group's revenue was 328.6 billion yuan, and the company ranked 196th in the Global Fortune 500. The same year the Shenhua Group's profit was 64 billion yuan. On August 28, 2017, SASAC announced that China Guodian Corporation and Shenhua Group will be jointly restructured, with Shenhua Group becoming China Energy Investment Corporation and absorbing China Guodian Corporation.

Huaneng Power International, Inc. (HPI), commonly known as Huaneng Power, is a Chinese electric power company. It was established in 1994 by the China Huaneng Group, one of the five largest power producers in China. It engages in the development, construction and operation of large power plants.

It supplies approximately ten percent of the country's electricity.

China Huadian Corporation is one of the five largest state-owned power generation enterprises in China, administrated by SASAC for the State Council. It engages in the production and supply of electricity and heat, and the development of power-related primary energy. It produces about 10% of China's power along with Huaneng Group, Datang Group, Guodian Group and CPI Group.

New World China Land Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hong Kong-based conglomerate New World Development, itself part of Chow Tai Fook group. New World China Land was spin off from New World Development in 1999 as a separate listed company. However, it was privatized again by New World Development in 2016. State Power Investment Corporation

State Power Investment Corporation Limited is one of the five major electricity generation companies in China. It was the successor of China Power Investment Corporation after it was merged with the State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation (SNPTC) in 2015.

Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd., known as Fosun Pharmaceutical or just Fosun Pharma is a Chinese listed pharmaceutical company. It is majority owned by Fosun International. Fosun Pharmaceutical is the co-owner of Sinopharm Industrial Investment, the parent company of fellow listed company Sinopharm Group.
