Huang Xiaoxiang (born June 1956) is a former Chinese politician who spent his career in Sichuan and Beijing. As of July 2015, he has been removed from his posts, as the party's internal disciplinary body investigated Huang for corruption. Previously he served as Deputy Secretary General of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Vice-President of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. [1]

Huang was a member of the 10th and 11th National People's Congress and the 12th national committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. [2] Chinese media reported that he had close relations with Zhou Yongkang, who was a member of the 17th Politburo Standing Committee (PSC), China's highest decision-making body, and the Secretary of the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission (Zhengfawei) between 2007 and 2012. Biography

Huang was born in Dazu District of Chongqing, in June 1956. During the Cultural Revolution, he worked as a sent-down youth in Xichang County, Sichuan. In October 1978, he was accepted to Sichuan University, where he majored in economics. Then he studied and later taught at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. From February 1986 to December 1988 he was a doctoral candidate at the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

Huang began his political career in August 1974, and joined the Communist Party of China in November 1984.

Beginning in December 1988, he served in several posts in the Chinese State Council, including deputy director, director, and investigator.

In March 1994 he became the chief economic manager of China Huatong Group Products, a state-owned enterprise. Nine months later, he was promoted to the Vice President position.

In August 1995, he was appointed the Deputy Secretary General of Sichuan provincial government, he remained in that position until February 1999, when he was transferred to Neijiang and appointed the Communist Party Secretary.

He was promoted to become the Vice-Governor of Sichuan provincial government in January 2002, and served until February 2012. [3]

In March 2013, he was appointed Vice-President of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and Deputy Secretary General of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

On 17 July 2015, he was removed from his posts on the Thirty-second session of the 12th National Committee of the CPPCC National Committee.

Yang Gang is a former Chinese politician. Between 2010 and 2013 Yang served as the Deputy Director of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ). Between 1999 and 2010, he was a top regional official in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, serving first as the Communist Party Secretary of regional capital Urumqi and then Deputy Secretary of the Xinjiang regional Party Committee.

Ma Zhengqi is a retired Chinese politician. He served as deputy director of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce between April 2013 and May 2019. He was a member of the 18th CPC Central Committee and a member of the 13th Standing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Liu Guanglong is a former Chinese politician who spent most of his career in North China's Shanxi province. He was investigated by the Communist Party of China's anti-graft agency in December 2014. Previously he served as the Vice-Chairman of Lüliang Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Huang Lixin is a Chinese politician currently serving as the Chairman of the Jiangsu People's Political Consultative Conference. Huang has been dispatched successively to fill vacancies left by officials accused of corruption: first replacing Mao Xiaoping in Wuxi, then Yang Weize in Nanjing, then Li Yunfeng as executive vice governor. Huang Kunming

Huang Kunming is a Chinese politician, currently serving as the head of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China and a member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China. He joined the Publicity Department in 2014 as a deputy head. Prior to his appointment he served in Fujian and Zhejiang provinces, and is considered a close associate of Xi Jinping, current General Secretary of the Communist Party of China. He was the one time Communist Party Secretary of Hangzhou.

Huang Longyun (simplified Chinese: 黄龙云; traditional Chinese: 黃龍雲; pinyin: Huáng Lóngyùn; born November 1951) is a politician of the People's Republic of China, the current chairman of the Guangdong People's Congress, and the former chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Guangdong Committee. Huang is a native of Meixian District, Meizhou, Guangdong.

Sun Qingyun is a former Chinese politician who spent most of his career in northwest China's Shaanxi province. He has been stripped of his post in November 2015. Through his career he has served as vice-chairman of Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the Deputy Communist Party Secretary of Shaanxi, and the Party Secretary of Xi'an.

Zhang Lijun is a former Chinese politician who served as vice-minister of Environmental Protection from March 2008 to February 2013. Li Jinzao is a former Chinese politician. As of July 2020 he was under investigation by the Communist Party's anti-graft body. Previously he served as vice-minister of Culture and Tourism of China.
