INC Architecture and Design, PLLC (INC) is an architecture and design studio based in New York City. Notable projects include 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, The Line Hotel DC, and the TWA Hotel. [1] The name INC is an acronym, using Latin terms to represent three aspects vital to design: Iucunditas, for joy; Necessarius, for utility; and Creo, for craft.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">TWA Flight Center</span> Terminal at JFK Airport in Queens, New York

The TWA Flight Center, also known as the Trans World Flight Center, is an airport terminal and hotel complex at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in New York City. The original terminal building, or head house, operated as a terminal from 1962 to 2001 and was adaptively repurposed in 2017 as part of the TWA Hotel. The head house is partially encircled by a replacement terminal building completed in 2008, and flanked by two buildings added for the hotel. The replacement terminal is home to JetBlue's JFK operations. The head house and terminal are collectively known as Terminal 5 or T5.

David Chang is an American restaurateur, author, podcaster, and television personality. He is the founder of the Momofuku restaurant group. In 2009, Momofuku Ko was awarded two Michelin stars, which the restaurant has retained each year since. In 2011, he co-founded the influential food magazine Lucky Peach, which lasted for 25 quarterly volumes into 2017. In 2018, Chang created, produced, and starred in a Netflix original series called Ugly Delicious, and through his Majordomo Media group, he has produced and/or starred in more television and podcasts. On November 29, 2020, he became the first celebrity to win the $1,000,000 top prize for his charity, Southern Smoke Foundation, and the fourteenth overall million dollar winner on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.

TWA Hotel is a hotel at John F. Kennedy International Airport in Queens, New York City, that opened on May 15, 2019. It uses the head house of the TWA Flight Center, designed by the architect Eero Saarinen and completed in 1962, and two flanking buildings added for the hotel project. It contains a total of 512 rooms, as well as conference space, several restaurants, and an aviation history museum.

Lesley Chang is an American architect and designer who co-founded the architecture firm StudioKCA alongside Jason Klimoski. Her designs incorporate sustainable concepts and ecotourism into daily living environments.

Corgan Associates, Inc., commonly known as Corgan, is an American multinational architecture and design firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. It is the fourth-largest architecture firm in the United States and one of the world's largest by revenue and number of architects. In 2022, Corgan generated a revenue of US$331.18 million and currently employs over 900 professionals across 16 offices worldwide.

Adam Sokol is an American architect and founder of the Adam Sokol Architecture Practice (asap/). Considered one of the leading architects of his generation, he is known for implementing a sophisticated geometry to his designs that draw from ancient and classical architecture.

DXA Studio is a New York City-based architecture firm known for its work on the conversion of the historic William Ulmer Brewery in Brooklyn and the design of The Rowan Astoria, a large new residential development in Queens that set the record in 2021 for the most expensive condominium unit sold in the borough. DXA’s work combines art and the science of architecture, blending a modern outlook with a respect for history and context. DXA’s founders, Jordan Rogove and Wayne Norbeck, also co-founded Liv Connected, a modular home design company that aims to address the country’s housing shortage.
