The National Broadcasting Company (NBC) is an American English-language commercial broadcast television and radio network. It is the flagship property of the NBC Entertainment division of NBCUniversal, a subsidiary of Comcast. It is headquartered at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City. The company also has offices in Los Angeles at 10 Universal City Plaza and Chicago at the NBC Tower. Along with ABC and CBS, NBC is one of the traditional "Big Three" American television networks. NBC is sometimes referred to as the "Peacock Network," in reference to its stylized peacock logo, introduced in 1956 to promote the company's innovations in early color broadcasting.

Through a channel sharing agreement with Univision owned-and-operated station KDTV-DT, the two stations transmit using KDTV-DT's spectrum from an antenna atop Mount Allison. SBS Viceland is an Australian free-to-air television channel owned by the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS). It began as SBS TWO on 1 June 2009, and was branded as SBS 2 between 2013 and 2016. On 8 April 2017, SBS Viceland began simulcasting in high definition. On 17 June 2019, the standard definition broadcast was closed and replaced by SBS World Movies, leaving SBS Viceland as a high definition-only channel.
