James Brandt Curran (born August 19, 1986) is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. James is more commonly known by his stage name JTM, formerly James the Mormon. Although he doesn't make religious music, he self-identifies as a religious person. [1] JTM is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
JTM started posting videos on his YouTube channel in 2014 which attracted much attention from his religious community. He then released I'm Not a Rapper, anticipating that rapping would just be a hobby for him. I'm Not a Rapper reached No. 1 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart. [2]
JTM followed up his debut EP with the release of Pmg. The music on the album is influenced by religious themes including missionary work. Concerning the inspiration of making a religiously inspired EP JTM stated "I do not make Christian or Mormon music,"... "I want to reach the kid who feels obligated to go to church or is struggling with his or her testimony. I want to reach non-members and show them that there are Mormons just like them. And that Mormons listen to rap and are cool. I hate that myths and poor stereotypes of the Church hold people back from something so beautiful." [3] "Workin", featuring David Archuleta was released.
On May 2, 2018, JTM released his first full-length LP: We Came to Play, [4] which reached No. 7 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart.[ citation needed ] JTM donated 50% of the proceeds from the album's pre-order sales to Operation Underground Railroad, a charity dedicated to rescuing children from sex trafficking.[ citation needed ]
In 2019 JTM released a music video on YouTube entitled "I Will Never Stop II". [5]

Steven Adam Markowitz, known professionally as Hoodie Allen, is an American rapper, singer and songwriter from Plainview, New York. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, he began working at Google before ultimately quitting to pursue a music career full-time. In 2012, he released his first official EP titled All American which debuted at No. 10 on the Billboard 200. In October 2014, Hoodie officially released his debut studio album, People Keep Talking which was successful with first week sales of over 30,000 along with a debut position of No. 8 on the Billboard 200. Hoodie followed up on his success in January 2016 and released his second studio album, Happy Camper.
Karmin was an American pop duo consisting of Amy Renee Noonan and Nick Noonan. Starting as a novelty act that released covers on YouTube, they signed in 2011 with Epic Records. In May 2012, Karmin released their debut EP Hello, which spawned the singles "Brokenhearted" and "Hello", and received mixed reviews. Rolling Stone named Karmin's lead singer Amy as the winner of "Women Who Rock" 2012 contests. In March 2014, the duo released their debut album, Pulses. The album's lead single, "Acapella", charted in the top 10 in Australia and New Zealand, and went Gold in the United States. Derek Johnson, Jr., better known by his stage name Derek Minor and former stage name PRo, is an American Christian hip hop artist, singer, record producer, entrepreneur, actor, and screenwriter. He co-founded the hip-hop record label Reflection Music Group (RMG) with Doc Watson, and signed to Reach Records in a joint venture between the two labels in 2011. In 2012, Johnson announced that he had changed his stage name from Pro to Derek Minor. American girl group Fifth Harmony has released three studio albums, six extended plays, eleven singles, and seventeen music videos. After finishing third on the second season of The X Factor US the group was signed to Epic Records though Syco Music. Less than a year later, Fifth Harmony released their debut single from their debut extended play, "Miss Movin' On". The single charted on the Mainstream Top 40 and New Zealand, peaking at 27 in both countries. It was certified Gold in the United States for selling combined sales and track-equivalent streams units of 500,000. The group's extended play, Better Together peaked at number six on the Billboard 200 and number 18 in New Zealand, charting in both countries similar to the group's lead single. As part of the promotion for Better Together, four other versions were released of the extended play, including an acoustic release, a Spanish-language acoustic and a standard Spanish-language translated version as well as a remix edition. The four former EPs were released in a 4-CD bundle titled Better Together: The Deluxe Edition, directly from Fifth Harmony's official store; it also included a download code for the latter remix EP, as it was not available physically. In Walmart exclusively, the Juntos and Juntos Acoustic EPs were bundled together, while at Target, "One Wish" was included as a bonus track on the original version; meanwhile, the iTunes edition of the original EP included "Me & My Girls", which the group performed in 2013 as guests on the third season of The X Factor, and served as a promotional single for the EP.
Ryan Edward Upchurch, known professionally as Upchurch,Ryan Upchurch and formerly known as Upchurch the Redneck, is an American rapper, singer, and comedian from Cheatham County, Tennessee, on the outskirts of Nashville, Tennessee. Upchurch became popular primarily as a comedian, creating videos on various platforms to garner support and fans. He sold merchandise and coined the phrase "raise hell and eat cornbread". Originally considered a "country rapper", Ryan Upchurch has diversified into many genres including rap, rock, and country.
