Jane Hall was one of four regular pundits on the Fox News Channel program Fox News Watch [1] [2] and frequently appeared on The O'Reilly Factor , usually having clashes with the host. [2] She was a Fox News Channel contributor. She left Fox News in 2009. [3]

The final episode aired on April 21, 2017, after O'Reilly was fired from the network.

More recently, it has focused on coverage of the presidency of Donald Trump, the fake news epidemic, the special counsel investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 US presidential election, and the media's coverage of mass shootings, among several other topics. Stelter also hosts an audio podcast version featuring an hour long one-on-one interview with a journalist.

Hall is a native of Abilene, Texas. She attended Mills College in Oakland, California, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and also holds a master's degree in journalism from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in New York City. [2] [4]
