Jeffrey Lynn Collins (born December 19, 1955) is a former Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly. [1] He represented the 25th district from 2011 until 2019.

Ronald Joseph Rabin is a Republican state senator in the state of North Carolina, representing the 12th district, encompassing Harnett, Johnston, Lee Counties. Homeland Solidarity Party or Malay: Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku Rakyat Sabah is a Sabah-based party. The party was formed on 14 July 2016 and founded by Datuk Seri Panglima Jeffrey Kitingan. It was one of party in the alliance of United Sabah Alliance, which were jointly formed with Sabah Progressive Party in 2016. In the 2018 Malaysian general election especially after having won two state seats, the party became a partner with the 29 Sabah-Barisan Nasional assemblymen to form a coalition state government with a simple majority of 31 seats to winning the 2018 Sabah state election. However, at the same time after the General Election-14, BN has collapsed in Sabah due to some BN members leaving the BN Coalition to support the Sabah Heritage Party (WARISAN). The split caused the BN Government to lose its majority and fail to become the new government of Sabah. In connection with the fall of BN in Sabah, the President of the Sabah STAR Party held a meeting with the President of the Sabah United Party (PBS) to form a new Coalition, the Sabah United Coalition (GBS). This coalition continues until September 12, 2020, which is the date of the new Coalition established in Sabah, namely the Sabah People's Coalition (GRS).
James Michael Clampitt is an American politician. He was elected to the North Carolina House of Representatives in 2016 and 2020. Before his election in 2016, he ran unsuccessfully for office for Swain County Board of Commissioners in both 2006 and 2010, and the North Carolina House of Representatives in 2012 and 2014. A special election was held on September 10, 2019, to fill the vacancy in North Carolina's 9th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives for the remainder of the 116th United States Congress. The seat had been vacant since the opening of the 116th Congress, following the refusal of the North Carolina State Board of Elections to certify the results of the November 2018 election in the district due to allegations of electoral fraud. Because of the allegations, the race received substantial national attention.
