Sergei Golubitsky is a Ukrainian fencer. He won three straight world championships in men's foil. He now lives in United States, where he runs the Golubitsky Fencing Center in Tustin, CA. He designed a fencing blade for the Leon Paul company. He wrote his autobiography in 2004, Fencing Is My Life. The book was translated into French and published in France in 2013 under the title L'escrime dans la peau.
The 1994 Winter Olympics, officially known as the XVII Winter Olympics, were a winter multi-sport event held in Lillehammer, Norway, from February 12 to February 27, 1994. A total of 1,737 athletes representing 67 National Olympic Committees (NOCs) participated in 61 events, from 12 sports and disciplines. These were the only Winter Olympics held two years after the prior Games, as opposed to the four year separation before and after. Continuing the break from tradition of 1992, the medals were primarily made of granite rather than metal; gold, silver, or bronze was used only on the border, the Olympic rings, and a pictogram of the sport for which the medal was awarded.

Sergey Fesenko Jr. is a long-distance freestyle swimmer from Ukraine. He competed in the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia, 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece and qualified to represent his country at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China. His father, Sergey Fesenko, Sr., won the gold medal in the 200m butterfly at the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow.
Volodymyr Sydorenko, also known as Wladimir Sidorenko, is a Ukrainian former professional boxer who competed from 2001 to 2010, and held the WBA bantamweight title from 2005 to 2008. As an amateur he won a silver medal at the 2001 World Championships, and consecutive gold at the 1998 and 2000 European Championships; all in the flyweight division. His twin brother is former amateur boxer Valeriy Sydorenko.
Serhiy Danylchenko is a retired Ukrainian male boxer, who won a Bantamweight Bronze medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics. A year later, at the 2001 World Amateur Boxing Championships, he won the bronze medal in the same division.

Enkhbatyn Badar-Uugan is a retired boxer from Mongolia who became the first Olympic boxing champion from his country when he won the gold medal in the Bantamweight division at the 2008 Olympics. He was the second Mongolian to win Olympic gold in any sport, with judoka Naidangiin Tüvshinbayar winning the first only a few days earlier.
Vitaliy Danylchenko is a Ukrainian former competitive figure skater. He is the 1999 Nebelhorn Trophy silver medalist and a five-time Ukrainian national champion. He placed as high as 6th at the European Championships and 13th at the World Championships. Vitaliy was a member of the Olympic Team for Ukraine. Vitaliy performed as a principal skater in professional ice shows for many years. As of 2022, Vitaliy is a full time coach in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. He coaches as part of Elite Training Team. Vitaliy previously coached in New Jersey and California. He has coached beginner up through world & international competitors.

Serhiy Leonidovych Fesenko is a Soviet swimmer and Olympic champion. He competed at the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow, where he won the gold medal in 200 m butterfly.
Sergey Aleksandrovich Sivko was a Russian amateur boxer. In 1960 he won the Soviet flyweight title and an Olympic silver medal. Next year he moved to the bantamweight division and won the Soviet and European titles. He died aged 26 in 1966. Since 1975, an annual boxing tournament has been held in his honor in Moscow.
Serhiy Oleksandrovych Krasyuk was a Ukrainian swimmer. He won a gold and silver medal at the 1980 Summer Olympics in the 4 × 100 m medley and 4 × 200 m freestyle relays, respectively; in both events he swam for the Soviet Unions team in the preliminary rounds. Individually he finished in sixth place in the 100 m freestyle. After the Olympics he won several medals at the world and European championships. He missed the 1984 Summer Olympics due to their boycott by the Soviet Union and competed in the Friendship Games instead, winning a gold, silver and bronze medal.
Pavlo Olehovych Ishchenko is an Olympic Ukrainian-Israeli boxer who competes as a bantamweight. He won the gold medal at the 2013 European Amateur Boxing Championships as a Lightweight (60 kg) for Ukraine. In 2017, boxing for Israel, he won a bronze medal at the 2017 European Amateur Boxing Championships as a Lightweight.
