Raghavendra Amarnath Sharda (born 14 February 1976), better known as Kiku Sharda, is an Indian comedian and actor who mainly works in Hindi television and Hindi films. He is best known for his role as Constable Mulayam Singh Gulgule in Sony SAB's comedy series F.I.R. . He is also known for working in Comedy Nights with Kapil which aired on Colors TV and The Kapil Sharma Show on Sony Entertainment Television, where he played various characters.

He played the character of Hobo in Hatim, He is best known for his role as Constable Mulayam Singh Gulgule in F.I.R. , and Akbar in the comedy show Akbar Birbal . He has worked in Comedy Nights with Kapil and The Kapil Sharma Show , playing various characters notably of Palak in the former. [1] He participated in Nach Baliye 6 in 2013 and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7 in 2014.

In January 2016, Sharda ran into controversy and was arrested for mimicking Dera Sacha Sauda head Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh on a television channel in which Kiku dressed as a baba was shown serving liquor and doing lewd dance with girls which insulted the sect chief. [2] [3]

Early and personal life

Raghavendra Amarnath Sharda was born on 14 February 1976 in a business family in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. One of four brothers born to businessman Amarnath Sharda. [4]

He has been married to Priyanka Sharda since 2002, with whom he has two sons. [5]

The Kapil Sharma Show, also known as TKSS, is an Indian Hindi language stand-up comedy and talk show broadcast by Sony Entertainment Television. Hosted by Kapil Sharma, the first season of the show premiered on 23 April 2016. The series revolved around Sharma and his neighbours in the Shantivan Non Co-operative Housing Society. The filming of the show took place at Film City situated in Goregaon East, Mumbai. The first season of the show was produced by Sharma's banner K9 Productions in association with Frames Productions while the second and third season is being jointly produced by Salman Khan Television and Banijay Asia with K9 Productions and TEAM as the creative producers. Family Time With Kapil Sharma is an Indian Hindi stand-up comedy and game show which premiered on 25 March 2018 for a total of 3 episodes. The show was broadcast on Sony TV. Neha Pendse was the co-host of this show while Kiku Sharda and Chandan Prabhakar appeared at regular intervals to crack jokes and participate in the games that are being played. Family members selected from all over India participate in the show and play games to win prizes. The show was taken off-air because of cancelled filming. Kapil Sharma had said in an interview that the show will resume later after this hiatus, however that never happened.
